Dear Sir, I am having 2 connection of Reliance in the name of Chirag Khaitan no. Being 9874211001 and 9830311xxx. I am facing tremendous network problem especially in my office. I have not been able to sit in my chamber for last 8 months as their is no network in my office. Due to this I have incurred lots of losses in my business as people can’t get through me due to weak network in my office as well as when I am out of station (eg -Surat which I had visited in the month of January 2014 where there was no network coverage in my Reliance phone) but other people travelling along with me using different connections such as Airtel and Vodafone had their network Coverage. Also I have faced embarrassing situation in my office due to bad network i.e, I was required to make my clients sit near my staff work station as my phone network wasn’t catching in my chamber and I was expecting some important call. I have lodged several complain over telephone at Customer Care Toll Free Number and also given written complain to the reliance store situated at different parts of Kolkata.

So I would request Reliance to please look into the matter and arrange for a solution like a network repeater. And if they can’t solve my problem then they are requested to please disconnect my connection and refund my money in full i.e. Rs. One Lakh Fifty Thousand approx which I have invested to purchase these 2 connection.
