Reliance Mobile Services Connection Error

The respected company has failed to provide it’s broadband service for more than 40 days. Even after repeated complaints; in their call center, the problem has not been taken care. Reliance Companies customer care executive told, about the problem being a technical, connection error. Which can be resolved with a suitable wire(hardware). After 15 days, of first registered complaint, their response was; not having the suitable cable.

We being students, have not attended our online test; for more than 15 days. One of us being an online freelance designer; has not worked for a month.
