sir, im pratap naidu and i got a transaction gateway error in the union bank of india website just after submitting the money(Rs7729) while purchasing a samsung phone through flipkart on sep 12 2013. i asked ubi, given complaint, and finally assured from ubi that within 45 days i will get money. sir it is now over one year still i haven’t get any money. and they are saying the complaint was closed. i followed every instruction they(ubi) given in these days. consulted flipkart and confirmed that the money was not reached to flipkart.

i want my money back.along with the interest and take necessary action against union bank of india not for proper responding about their own customers in a proper way.
