Reliance NetConnect – Internet Issues Unresolved

1) I had applied for a Broadband connection to M/s Reliance Communication Ltd, D-69, Sardar Patel Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur 302001 having Regd office A Block, 2ND Floor, Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Thane Belapur Road, Kopar Khairane Navi Mumbai-400710 on dated 07/12/2013 (CAF No 17800033594197) which finally activated on 23/12/2013 at my home 15/157,Girdhar Marg, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur -302017. Following are the details of my broadband connection provided by Reliance communication Ltd – Subscriber ID: 335270883344 Billing account no: 100000121765282 CAN No: 100120549074 RATE PLAN: WICF549 2) The internet connection has been running satisfactorily until start of June 2014. From middle of June 2014, my internet connection has not been working. 3) On 19/06/2014, I had registered complain on this matter to its customer care no 180030007777 and allotted the complaint no 221650997. 4) After getting no response, on 22/06/2015, I had again lodged another complain (online) through reliance broadband website and get the second complain no CNM10001338383. 5) I also called on Reliance Communication Mumbai Head office on Telephone No 18602002011 on dated 25/06/2014 and they allotted me the third complain number 221871131. 6) I had written several times to its customer-care (broadband@relianceada.com) regarding restoring of my internet services but received no response till date except only the computer generated ‘auto-response’ reply in return. Neither phone calls from Reliance Customer Care nor visit of any technician to my residence had been done till date to restore my internet connection. The details of emails related to above issue sent to customer care are as below – (a) 18/06/2014 Written to ‘broadband@relianceada.com’ and rcom.customercare@relianceada.com Auto Response No 014-273037 (b) 21/06/2014 Written to ‘broadband@relianceada.com’ Auto Response No 014-354803 (c) 24/06/2014 Written to ‘broadband@relianceada.com’ Auto Response No 014-369832 (d) 25/06/2014 Written to ‘broadband@relianceada.com’ Auto Response No 014-377089 (e) 01/07/2014 Written to ‘broadband@relianceada.com’ Auto Response No 014-416266 (f) 08/07/2014 Written to ‘broadband@relianceada.com’ Auto Response No 014-457453 7) I had also written to their Nodal officer as well as the appellate authority on dated 24/06/2014 and 01/07/2014 at the email addresses (rcomnodalofficer.rj@relianceada.com, romappellateauthority.rj@relianceada.com) 8) I had also written to another appellate authority on dated 08/07/2014 at the email address (rcomwireline.appellatenorth@relianceada.com) with a copy to earlier appellate authorities. 9) I had sent a ‘speed post’ letter to the Director, Reliance Comm Ltd on dated 18/07/2014 with photocopies of all correspondence to immediately restore my internet connection. 10) NO ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION TILL DATE ON MY SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR RESTORATION OF MY INTERNET CONNECTION and Customer care/Ap

(1) I want immediate restoration of the Broadband Service barred since 10 June 2014. (2) Payments illegally debited from my credit card (due to ‘auto-debit’ instruction given to the company) during the above period must be refunded. (3) Company has to compensate us for Rs 40,000/-for illegal disconnection of my broadband services since two months for various losses we suffered. (4) If the company is unable to restore my broadband services, company has to refund all security deposit and installation charges alongwith mental and economical suffering during the disconnection period amounting to Rs 50,000/-
