i took the service for shifting of my bike from Jaipur to Mumbai to my brother who lives in Mumbai. The bike was handed over to the Agrawal home solutions on 02.08.14 with a commitment to deliver it within 4 to 5 days, but still it is not delivered. No one is responding from service provider that why it is not yet delivered, some time the are saying that they shipped it with some other package movers.

Situation of ambiguity is causing a mantel harassment to me (sender) as well as to my brother (receiver), we both are unable to concentrate on our work, called almost 100 times to the service provider.
