I am having SKODA SUPERB car with me. due to some noise and A.c problem i sent my car to SKODA service station name ” SKODA – SATGURU MOTORS INDORE” few days back .Everytime I was told we have done flushing, cleaning, top-up, recirculation, etc. etc. The problem still stays.. They keep my car for days and days without solving my problem and when i ask them for the delivery of my car , they straight away ignore and says they dont have time and they dont even know when they gonna return my car .i mean is this the way they talk to a customer ? i dont know how the hell these illiterate people get jobs in sucha automobile industry.. i am so such disappointed by these replies… My car is still with them and still the problem is not sorted ..when i told them that i will file a complaint against you in consumer forum THEY LAUGHED AT ME saying “theek hai aap complaint kar do ” as if they are not aware of the law ( consumer forum )… anyways i just want these people should reply and behave in a good manner with their customers … after all the only reason behind their survival is US …
