I am using a reliance gsm prepaid number since 4 years and my number is 90142891xxx. The outgoing of sms are barred for my number. I have made complaints several times to the customer care but they are just saying that the problem will be solved tomorrow 2 pm but after one day of the complaint I am facing same problem and there is no one to help me. While we pay for their service but they think like they are giving us free services. Because of this problem I suffered a lot.

Reliance Unauthorized Deduction
The above service has been activated on my mobile without any permission. . Rs 30 has been deducted from my main balance. When I call on customer care they refused to refund the money . They said that the department that has deducted the money from your account is different. I kindly request you to look into this matter and give me a refund.
