In my reliance prepaid no. i have recharged with Rs.200 which offers Rs. 230 TT but next day when i’ve tried to call it shows the msg insufficient balance and after it when i’ve contacted reliance customer care they have said that it is charged for GPRS but when i’ve told them that GPRS pack is activated on my no. and if i surf on internet the usage will be deducted from specified data that is left in my account that was 250mb approx. then also they have not refunded the amount and after it called Secretary office of Reliance,after that I received my total amount. But, Again after 2 days amount of Rs. 198/ was deducted , its surprised how they treat their customer. Conclusion is Reliance has started cheating their customers . Requested to the authorities pl,s tried to stop them otherwise this will be increased as a crime in the hole country.
