The order was placed with the company mentioned previously. order numbering – 1423796202. The order was meant for my wife and was supposed to be delivered on the 13th of this month just before the valentines day. The order is yet to dispatched as was the state when last checked on 19th of feb. The purpose for which the gifts were meant has been lost. I mailed on the emails provided by these people. A Mr Bharat kumar has forwarded that mail to his team and has asked them to revert back to me. They havent done it yet. I request you to please look into the matter and revert back as to what should be done. I have asked them to cancel my order which also has not received any replies.

I want a refund from the company or double the original order and deliver it at the earliest. This gift was meant to make my wife feel special. If they can somehow make her feel better now by delivering something really good then i am ready to forget everything. Also I want a written apology from the CEO or the head.
