Reliance Reactivated my DataCard connection without Consent and Generated bill

I have been using reliance data card post paid connection for over a year. Last year I decided to migrate this connection to prepaid connection. For this I had been visiting reliance stores many times, each time I was sent back due to one or other unjustifiable reasons. Finally I could submit my request for the migration. But the request was closed keeping the connection state as SUSPENDED.I was not informed about it. So i filed a complaint at reliance consumer care for their poor response, they also assured that since it is in SUSPENDED state no bills will be generated. Few days back i got a mail saying my bill for this month is so and so. When i inquired how that happened, I was told the connection was made active. Its true that I received a call from reliance saying they have some good schemes. But i turned down and said i want to quit Reliance. Now only God knows who reactivated this connection without my consent.

I want reliance to pull back this bill because I am not responsible for this. They must be ready for any sort of compensation for making me spend a hell lot of time for this mere post paid to prepaid connection. They should atleast think that i was their customer for over a year.
