I have taken a plan Rs. 499 of MTNL. As per plan I should get 2 mbps speed upto 4 GB then 512 kbs. I am not getting service as per plan. My internet is not working for last one month regularly. I have already marked complaint regarding this but no action has been taken.

Kindly Provide me the Broadband Package as per plan.
