I’m SENTHILVEL from Chennai, I Ordered a DOMO SLATE N8 3RD ANDROID 4.0 TABLET by Watching the Teleshoping Network in STAR CJ on 25-12-2012 at 11-45 p.m. and I have received the DOMO SLATE N8 3RD ANDROID 4.0 TABLET on 29-12-2012 SATURDAY at 9-30 p.m. While seeing the Product of DOMO SLATE N8 the USB Port was damaged and after seeing this, I have registered complaint on same date (29-12-2012) to STAR CJ against the Product. They told me to contact the DOMO COMPANY for the Complaint and Exchange. But the DOMO Company Holiday on Saturday and Sunday. So, I contacted the DOMO Office on Monday 11-05 a.m. They said to Contact only the STAR CJ office only. Then I contact the STAR CJ office on same day. They told me to take Snap Shot of Damaged Part and I have sent the same. Till now there was no exchange from STAR CJ and No Reply from them. STAR CJ are cheating the customer and responding the customer while contact.
