Inappropriate information was given in order to misguide the customer, from the customer care. And additional charges were induced for non accessible data which I had not even used. Further, worst service provided from the customer care desk regarding the billing information and data usage for advance rental pack.
I had to pay 159 rs more due to lack of information provided to me. Even the next billing cycle was not appropriately described and it had incurred me a loss of 625 rs as I was unaware of billing cycle system of Reliance.
To have a refund of the bill which I have paid for the data usage which they have not explained me all about. If appropriate information was provided than this loss of money wouldn’t had happened.
