Reliance Tele – connection issue never worked properly

HI Team, This first notificaion of A/C No:500005124122 / MDN : 9382885354 which i received from reliance. After having repeated conversation with Customer Care Team lead ARUN and Manager : Kulashekarr from CROU Department and store Associate : BALA i’ve dropped an email to rcomchennai.crou@relianceada.com) stating my network issue. Which the manager has assured me that he will come back with the investigation. Description of the issue : I have taken the data connection on 03-May-2013( 3 months adv 10GB plan) for the day one i have an issue with the connection and it never worked properly as promised by the Reliance service provider Its been very very slow all the days and after calling repeatedly to the customer service and raising a several concerns its of no use . I have been promised i that the services will be restored every time i raise complaint several times with the customer spoke to the second level of support and every time raise a compalint network will call and say that your service will be restored and they will close the case proper intimation me. After repeated complaints in the month of ‘MAY’ site enggineer has visted and found that it is a drop in connection and the bandwidth in the location has to be increase he told it might take 15-20 days waited until that time still issue persists and after three completion of plan the speed has become wrost. called the customer care again and raised same concern still of use and finally gave the cancellation request in the first week of september and billing team has terminated the connection at the end of september which intern the bill is generated for the month of september as well. My concern is why we i have to pay the money when the service is not restored and didn’t use the complete GB due to network connection issue. Please look into the deep dive investigation as the issue with the network connection why i have to pay money? they are several complaints raised with the customer care which its not my duty to keep tarck of every thing provided what ever i have its your responsibility to look into this issue and check how many complaints was raised with the customer care and find the root cause of the issue.

I think i’m unlucky person taken reliance connection and suffered and made the payment where the i have not utilized to its best. I need the compensation to be provided for the days i have been facing the issue and i dont want the payment to be done.
