Nokia Lumia – frustrated with the service Care Center and Helpline

On 23rd April 2013 I’ve purchased a Nokia Lumia 620 GSM mobile handset from Novelty Telecom being IMEI No.356347055778323. On 1st week of December I’ve brought my said mobile set to Nokia Care Center (Tele Solutions) located at DN-1, Sector-V, Salt Lake-700 091 as the three right keys were stopped functioning. They’ve repaired my mobile and the keys were again started working. On 28th February, 2014 again the power key of my said mobile stopped working and I brought the mobile set at Nokia Care Center (Anmol Electronics Service) located at 1, Narendra Nagar, Kolkata-700 056 on 1st March 2014. They’ve examined the mobile set and told me that the set can’t be repaired within warranty as some tampering has been made on the inner part of power key and filter of the mobile set during previous repair. I was wondered with their statement. When I’ve claimed the customer copy of the Job Sheet along with my mobile set they denied providing me the same. After my repeated request they kept my mobile set along with them and asked me to make a xerox of the job sheet from an outside store and threatened me that if I would not return with the customer copy of the job sheet they would not give my mobile set back. I was so confused and having no other alternative made a xerox of the job sheet and again stepped into the said Nokia Care Center. I gave them the customer copy of the job sheet and then they gave me my mobile set back. The job sheet no. is 295504886/140301/45. After that I’ve lodged a formal complaint with Nokia Care Helpline regarding the harassment I’ve faced by dialing +913330303838 and stated the aforesaid matter to the tele service person. He told me that a person from nokia would call me with a proper solution within next 48 Hours and gave me a complain no.: 1-15030473989. On 4th April 2014 I’ve received a call from nokia. But the person who called me was unable to provide me any solution to my problem and again asked me to wait for another 72 Hours as your back-end team would investigate the matter. I’m writing this after waiting for long 12days. I would like to make one thing clear, that I am utterly frustrated with the service both from Nokia Care Center and Service Helpline as well. This is not expected from a company like nokia. I do not want my mobile set to be repaired at free of cost by Nokia, instead I demand a complete replacement of my mobile set Nokia Lumia 620 as some inner parts of the said mobile set was tampered by a Nokia Care Center. I’ve waited a very long period of time without any solution from their end and my work is severely hampered without having my mobile set repaired.
