Reliance Tele – data card connection not started

I have purchased postpaid data card connection from reliance world-Pune-Bund Garden on 12th june 2013 but since it didn’t got activated I returned the start kit to the reliance world on 26th june 2013. After that i started receiving the calls to pay the bill for the connection which was not started.. after that in september i receive call from Shreenath Shinde who is supposed too be a lawyer to pay the bill or be present in court. I sent him all tyhe mails i have been sending to customer care. And on 16 september he mailed me bach stating below: “Dear Customer, Greetings for the day…!!! We have checked in the system and passed the waiver of Rs. 628.18 /-. hence no more dues against Caf No 500005265465 MDN 9371511978. Sorry for the inconvenience Regards Shreenath Shinde” Its been now 6 months now and i haven’t received any communication from reliance regarding the refund of security i paid. i have moved to hyderbad and i cannot go to that reliance store now.

I want my refund of rs.265 which i have paid. It is going to be one year now since i bought the connection.
