I was contacted by Mr. VINOD from reliance comm. Sales team for broadband connection. As an installation charges he took 1150 rupees from me with my documents and promised that the installation will be done withing 2 days. I saw his ID card to check his identity and he had a valid reliance Id card it seemed.so he took money and i waited for 2 days and did not get a callback for installation. So i called him but his phone was not recheable. So i called their cuatomer care and they told me that installation will be done in 24 hrs. I again waited but nobody called me back. So i called again and i got the same answer. That person took money from me on 29th March 2014 and I have called reliance customer care every day for a month but they never helped me. I sent them multiple emails but their response was that they will do the installation in 24 hrs. But till today it has not happened. The last time I spoke with them they told me that there is no feasibility at my location and they would not be able to provide the broadband connection and money would be refunded withing 45 days. Now its more than 45 days and I still did not hear anything from them.
I need my 1150 rupees back plus the documents. And can they pay anythinf for the stress that I have to go through? They can’t.
