dipesh lodha(8080584xxx) brought an led tv for Rs. 6,750/- from snehurmi enterprises franchisee of green dust at goregaon(w) on 20/11/13 after 2months the half part of the tv was not working so i launged complain on green dust call center compalin number(69052)on or around 16/2/14 the repair person visited my place and found that the tv panel was not working an told me that the panal will be replaced within 10 days but that did not happned so i call again the call center they assured me to replace the tv but after calling for about 10 to 15 times the call center and the owner of snehurmi enterprises nothing happned my tv was not replaced and not repaired after 2month of headake they gave me the number of mr.arun area head and after talking to mr.arun the owner of snehurmi enterprises was ready to refund but by deducting 1,250/- from 6,750/- ad tax , delivery charge and panel charge pleas help me to get my full refund
