i have applied postpaid to prepaid connection of my cell no-8010573xxx in November 2013, i have submit previous bill and give application for post paid prepaid idea provide me new sim card for prepaid but to till date my cell activation is not working he demand for Rs 500.also he is mentally pressurize me by cell no are 9718145xxx,874384xxx etc.

i want to legal action against idea and compensation from idea
