I am in roaming owing to my work. I have been trying to recharge my mobile and I am unable to do the same. I have tried various options like getting it recharged through a retail outlet in Hubli, online recharge. I have tried recharging for various denominations (viz. Full talktime, Internet pack, normal top-up). Each time I get an error message saying the “recharge of amount is not valid for 9035124xxx”. I have been contacting the Customer Care since 2-3 days and have tried all the solutions they gave. But there is no avail. I even filed a complaint. The Complaint number is “769980903”. There is absolutely no response whatsoever. The customer care executives always tell to wait for 4 hours. And neither do they tell what the problem is.

Kindly rectify the problem with immediate effect.
