I never activated ISD plan with rental Rs199 plan, but vodafone is charging RS 199 rental? I have sms as proof which I mentioned to customer care repeatedly where rental was Rs 25. I will write the sms here for you -” Upto 50% discount on calls to UAE. Yes Vodafone offers calls to UAE @ Rs. 7/min for a monthly rental of 25. Dial 12143 to subscribe to this pack”. I got this message twice – first on 28th Jan and then on 4 Feb 2014, from VA-11111. When I activated ISD pack in Feb based on this sms how can vodafone put me ISD 199 plan? This is mistake from Vodafone. Why did vodafone sent me sms twice? It seems vodafone doesn’t understand simple english. It seems like some trick. I have been loyal customer for last 3 years and I see such issues. I had raised this issue to vodafone customer care when I got March Bill. T hey said it would be corrected. Again this month I see rental of 199 is being charged i raised it again on April 10 or 11th and customer care said they will verify and give me call back in 24 hours, but no one responded. i received call only for not paying bill. If they do not clarify what is the exact amount I need to pay when I am telling you you have over charged me on this UAE calling thing, then how should i make payment.
Rental for ISD pack should be Rs 25 per month as per the message and not Rs 199. They blocked my number 8886012314 for last 10 days which has coused lot of inconvenience and loss for my family.
