I purchased Tikona connection on 7th feb (Installation date) Plan was 699 monthly under which i was supposed to receive 20 GB data usage @ 2mbps and after 512kbps Issue Number 1: on 17th feb during a business conference the speed suddenly fell to 512kbps from 2mbps, resulting in low quality and i lost my client as he was not happy with the quality (Potential 3000 Canadian Dollar lost) with my usage just 15 GB of data (as per plan 20 GB Per month) I immediately called customer care who informed me that my billing cycle is 25 to 25 and hence the 20gb is calculated on daily basis which makes it 15 gb for that month, i asked for an immediate removal of the connection and full refund as this was not mentioned in the customer application form and asked for a waiver request and an apology as the executive disconnected my call several time. ISSUE 2 I started experiencing no internet connection error quite often from that day. i complained about it several times, the glitches were daily mostly for hours in evening and most of the night the net do not work. I also asked for waiver again. Engineer visited but no cure, since then i have complaint for like 10 times for the same issue till today. ISSUE 3: on 22nd April i was informed that no waiver request is on against my connection, which i actually raised on 17th feb. i reraised it and this time i mailed to j nair (head). This time i received several calls and my connection was put under observation . It was found that the instrument they have installed is faulty and hence was changed after a week. I called up billing team for waiver and they said that i am not elligible as i have used more than 3 GB of data. Now on friday and today the connection is not working during market hours (this is too frequent). I called customer care and they informed the problem is with the device hey installed (this time the new device)
Internet is a communication mean and is meant to work for 24*7, apart from that customer service executive need to look for the problem a customer is facing rather than looking into their policies. i want a full waiver, refund of 2999 Rs (the amount i paid during installation) A written apology and a public announcement of giving better service and inclusion of this billing month thing in terms and condition of the form the executive carries
