I have given request for broadband connection in the month of Apr 14 and sales person came to me and filled the form# 17800034935886 alongwith check of Rs. 1300/- ref# 022016 of ICICI Bank dated 04th May 14 which is cleared on 8th May 14. However installation of the connection is still pending after keep calling on the customer care number, nobaody has call me about the update on the same.

I want the connection will be installed as soon as posible.
