Tikona – connection has not been functioning bill raised

Our connection has not been functioning since 27th April 2014(as per Tikona Customer Care). Myself & my wife have called their Customer Care atleast 10 times since then and spoken to various colleagues from their team. We were promised a technician will be sent to address the same. However NO ONE has contacted us with respect to the same. Now, we have received a bill for the same. Please note we were promised that our bill will be waivered & we will be compensated for the same by their representative.

1) My services to be restored immediately. 2) My current bill to be cancelled. 3) Compensation of Rs 200,000 for the economic & mental trauma caused to me, my wife & my family.
