Hi, I had purchased a Symphony Kaizan Jr Air Cooler (Order No. 2036039284), Product Code – 2757247180 with Free Trolley on 1st May 2014. At the time of purchase on the website it clearly stated that the product would be shipped in 4-5 days. After my purchase, I was given the estimated date of shipping as 5th May, 2014. However after a couple of days when I checked the same, it was showing as 9th May, 2014. I made the full payment of Rs. 5,627.00/- with my HDFC Credit Card on 1st May 2014. However it has been more than 20 days, and I have not just received my product, but I have no clue as to when would my product be Deliver to me. I mainly purchased this product for the summer heat, and I have been suffering in the May heat for the past 12 days since purchasing the product. Even if I had to wait for 5 days, I wouldn’t have minded, but it has been more than 10 days since there is any consignment at my doorstep. Also unnecessarily I am made to pay for my product, whose interest you guys have been earning easily for the past so many days.And not even giving refund immidiatly for refund they are giving company policy reason but for delivery they saying we can’t help you it is delay from vendor abd courier company. This is the kind of service I have received from a reputed company like Snapdeal, who not only care for their customers, but also don’t give a proper response to any complaint lodged with them. Even after lodging an official complaint at snapdea.com customer care, I have been told, that the product will be delivered to me, but there is no date or estimated product delivery date given to me. Also when I enquire about the same, I am not given a satisfactory reply, by just stating it would be delivered in some days. Thanks & Regards,
