Tata Sky – unable to view channels

This is to inform you that I am facing a challenge in getting the right support from your customer service. The issue started on 16th May when your executive visited our place to install the connection because we have shifted from one locality to another. He suggested that we have an old setup box hence we need to replace it. He helped us and replaced the box then & there however since then we are unable to view any channel. It is showing an error 14 “This is card is not paring with the setup box”. After that we have called customer service numerous time and I have couple SR number as well. However we are not getting any appropriate support and the issue is still pertaining. Since 16th May we are unable to view any channel. Your Customer Support Executive does not know anything. I have a question on the Manager & Supervisors who providing training to them. Every time we call, they raise a request and then nothing happens. They are only giving false assurance of resolving this issue. I am thinking to leave TATA Sky. I am providing the details, if you can resolve this issue, please do it otherwise it is your choice. We want them to improve their services because customer support executives do not know anything. They are just making false promises. And we are running pillar to post to resolve our issue
