I have now faced problems 3 times in a row from Spicejet airlines. After booking the air tickets 2-3 months in advance, they revert just 5-10 days prior to departure that the flight has been rescheduled either 3-4 hours earlier or later. This leads to a lot of change in plans and inconvenience. Their customer relations team is rude and dont entertain any requests whatsoever.
I should be compensated fairly for this, and a proper trial of the airline should be conducted for causing inconvenience again and again to the consumers. If it was a one-off scenario, it would still have been ok, but doing this for all my 3 flights within 5 months is something totally unexpected
