In the month of August 2013, i wanted to have an internet connection for my usage and so I called Mr Nareshbhai navadia (salesman of reliance). He came to my house and collected a cheque and identity proof, Residence proof, and a passport size photograph.He assured me that within a week I will get the connection. Days passed,weeks passed but nobody came and in the meantime I kept on calling him and he was giving me dumb excuses for not providing me what he promised.At last I decided to cancel the connection of internet (which wasn’t provided). He said that I will be getting my money back within around 60 days.I waited much more than that.I mailed them thrice(or maybe more than that) In the month of January I even mentioned that I might take legal action.still they never bothered to understand my problem.
