I have a tata sky connection with sub ID 1062496789. On 7th mar 14 movie pack and regional pack was activated on my ID and I received a SMS on my mobile.Immediately I call customer care and ask them about this. They said this has been done through internet and money can not be refunded. On 9 mar I recharge ID with Rs.500 and on 13 & 14 mar showcase movie and other channels were added and all the money was deducted from my account. I speaks the c care So many times they replied that our executive will call you by 17 mar and you will get your money. On 16 mar I received a call and they money will not be funneled back as the request has been send from internet.
They should refund all money charged or they prov that I have send request from my RMN or email ID registered with tata sky.
