Reliance Tele – got the wrong bill barred my outgoing facility

I am Tamilarasu from Chennai, i switch over from Airtel post paid to Reliance post paid connection on 16th Jan 2014. after the 1st month bill i got the wrong bill, that means bill tariff are not same as proposed tariff details. i raised the complaint then they agreed to resolve my case. After the second bill again new different tariff bill. i said to the customer care first you should set tariff details, as what you proposed, then revise my bill statement, then only i will pay the bill like that. After third month bill still its not cleared again wrong bill. After third month bill they barred my outgoing connection when i was in roaming. i called customer care after tried many times its connected. they said your not cleared the bill payment so outgoing facility is disconnected like that. then immediately i paid the whatever bill statement they generated. Again fourth month bill same problem, after April month no one attended my calls in customer care executive, i tried many times. still the problem exists. again they barred my outgoing facility. then finally i have cleared all the payment as per the my tariff plan and also requested to deactivate my mobile number, but they still asks the money as per the statement whatever they mentioned in the bill. Finally i have changed my mobile number because of the worst service provided by reliance. Still i got the message regarding bill payment clearance, also they told they will file a case against me. 1. I want clearance letter from reliance. 2. I want my mobile number back, and the same number can be able to switch over to any other network. 3. I want to stop receiving calls like billing issue related from reliance. 4. I will not pay further any paisa to reliance.
