Ubislate.com – Under warranty tab neither repaired nor replaced

Grievance : i purchased one datawind 7c+ tablet in on 02/04/2013 through internet. as per your warranty card the, you provide warranty upto 1 year from the date of purchase. my device started showing dispaly problem so i contacted your office over phone number provided on your product box. As per your suggestion i contacted your service center Edulight which is located at andheri mumbai. They told me that your device will be sent to Delhi for repair and you will receive it within 15-20 days from the date of dispatch of this device from this office. according to their suggestion i sent my device on 03/03/2014 for repair vide Ticket ID -0303MH16498.Dispite my several communications and telephonic enquiries from your mumbai service center as well as from your delhi center i did not received my device back till 16/06/2014. Every time i called to your office i received the same reply that i will get my device with a week but these all were lies. on 17/06/2014 i received a call from your sales office that i will be given an upgraded version of the device at a discount price in lieu of my old one. i agreed to the sales executive because i wanted this issued resolved in any ways. on the same day i received a mail for confirmation of my order which is Order Confirmation Dear amit kumar roy, Thank you for confirming your “BuyBack7Cz”. Your order ID is “BB78A9C”, kindly save it for future reference. Your “BuyBack7Cz” will ship in 72 working hours. Regards, Team Datawind i received my device on 20/06/2014, i requested the delivery person to open and check the device but he told me that it is not allowed if you will receive a defected piece it will be picked up by some other person after your complaint. as per the instructions manual of the device i kept it on charging for 6 hours. but in the morning of 21/06/2014 i found that the device is neither charging nor starting up. i called up your office and also sent a mail regarding this issue. i was suggested some tips for self maintenance which i did but in vain, then i was suggested by you to approach to the nearest service center which is located at Dadar for technical support. when i reached there they denied to provide any service to me. then i was suggested by you to approach Grant Road service center for the same. they accepted the device reluctantly and sent the device to your delhi office for repair vide Ticket ID -0624MH29428 on 24/16/2014. I was told that it may take around one month to get my device back. It is highly astonishing that even if the brand new device is not serviceabl

either replace the device immediate or pay the compensation within the reasonable time period
