I have recharged my number with Rs. 100 for main balance and Rs. 156 for 1 gb of 3g internet balance 17th January 2014. I had Rs. 40 of main balance and 1057 MB of data available but that got reduced to Rs. 0 (main balance) and 1057 mb of data has gone too on 18th night. When i talked to the customer care they are saying we don’t have any sort of detail regarding wrong deduction which is not convincing at all.

I want my main balance as well as 1 gb of the data that they have deducted i do not know why?? I dun have used a single byte of the data.
