DocSuggest website – https://www.docsuggest.com/ which was created for providing online appointment to patients and explain about hospitals, doctors, ratings as well reviews of hospitals/doctors. Below are some actual experience and observations from my end, please take the necessary steps into this. 1. Doc Suggest says they provide the genuine ratings and feedbacks but I have not seen any fact about that. I gave some feedback about one hospital/doctor but they did not post into website. 2. They post the excellent, very good ratings easily but what about bad experiences? I do rarely see that they have any doctor listed with bad/poor review. Why? All doctors listed are 100% perfect or DocSuggest has a deal with them? 3. There are many patients like me who believed (now no more) that Docsuggest displays real feedback and visit(ed) the hospital, DocSuggest will pay the loss for wrong recommendations and patient’s loss? 4. There are many excellent doctors in our city but they are not listed in this website. Then how DocSuggest claims that all best doctors are listed here? What is the basic criteria for listing the doctors here and saying them best? 5. Damage which has happened to me due to DocSuggest’s ratings and reviews who will compensate now – Hospital or DocSuggest ? 6. DocSuggest claims that if you take the appointment by them, you don’t need to wait for your appointment. You can consult the doctor at confirmed time by DocSuggest. This is totally Fake. I had many consultations via DocSuggest none of them were on time, I had to wait for hours. I complaint the same to DocSuggest, no action at all. Also, Hospitals/doctors comments that you need to follow hospitals rule/waiting not DocSuggest. Then how DocSuggest can claim such things? These are some serious observations, need your attention into this matter.

Action against the fake feedback and reviews. And answers of question raised for DocSuggest. And finally compensation for loss I had.
