Reliance Tele – Not providing service on offered plan

I have purchased a Reliance 3 prepaid data card from the reliance outlet ( Sri Sidhivinayak Mobile store) at Dadar west Mumbai. At the time of purchase I was told that unlimited data was free for three months. Only because of this offer I purchased the new data card ( No. 932329xxx). Actually I had gone to the store to convert my post paid data card to prepaid one which I had with me earlier. But tempted by the three months data free offer, I purchased another new data card. But after one month reliance stopped the service. When I enquired customer care , I was told that there is no balance. When I told that I was taken the three months free data plan, I did not get a proper reply. Then I approached the reliance outlet at Dadar (W), but they told me to recharge to get the service and was not ready to hear my grievances about the three months free plan offered on data card. Then I have made E mail complaints to Reliance Customer care on 13/04/15, 15/04/15 & 16/04/15 But I did not get a proper response. So I made complaints to second level Rcom Appellate Authority. Then I got a reply on 17/04/15 that my complaint was registered with ID 232319068 and it will be resolved in 5 days. But nothing was happened in 6 days and I have repeated my complaints to Rcom Appellate Authority on 23/04/15, 24/04/15 & 25/04/15, but there was no response. Later I got a mail informing me that my complaint was registered on 25/04/15 with another Service Request ID: 2326334 and the issue will be resolved in two days. But nothing happened yet and RCom did not respond to my mail on 28/04/15.

I should the service as per the offered plan three months unlimited data usage.
