Kindly help i received DIY KIT Solar Phone Power Bank Portable Mobile Charger TABLETS SMARTPHONES. but without battery and now they are now providing replacement or my money back i paid by online through my debit card and i am calling again and again to vendor and ebay customer care but both are not helping me even they finely refuse for return.

no better found and without better how can i use this product and this is also i am a customer no can assemble it but in product image i can see the battery in the product and there was a assemble picture also kindly help my money they are cheating because they are showing everything and not sending complete product as per images.
