We got our material by VRL Logistics, we noticed this issue of overcharging by rounding of weight to higher weight,VRL Logistics did’nt bother to explain how the rate for logistics is fixed and why it is the weight rounded off,please check my 2 consignments waybill No.255792601 and waybill No.255792664,first consignment is of 594 Kg. rounded to 600 kgs,second consignment is of actual weight 2112 Kgs. and charged weight is 2120 Kgs.,6kgs+8 Kgs. extra on 2 bills ,they didnt reply us why they are charging us on this Extra weight.Customer’s in Millions are being looted daily by this indirect rounding of weight system by VRL Logistics.
