My reliance netconnect+ with the number 859544xxx has been suspended, and I was asked to resubmit my documents which I have submitted. And I was told that it will be reactivated within 72 hours, but it has not been reactivated even after the specified time. And I was told to revisit again which is not possible for me due to my office work. This is causing me inconvenience please see to the matter as soon as possible.

We are unable to use our internet even after paying the entire amount. And I am not able to do my important work.

I want the refund if rs. 3000 that I have recharged my number with, with the compensation for the inconvenience and delay in my work caused to me.
