I have been using reliance CDMA postpaid (9346464xxx) from last 5-6 years and am a gold customer. This is my business phone I am currently on roaming in Assam.Before coming on roaming i called up the customer care and was confirmed by the executive that Reliance has roaming facility available in Assam via Aircel/Loop. After confirmation and assurance only, i updated my current plan to 1299/- to avail full services. I am now most furious and disappointed to see when i entered Assam in train, my network went down. Since this is my business phone, i would not have taken chance with roaming if your customer care had not assured me of the same. Currently i am in Guwahati and cannot work without my phone and facing a lot of trouble because of this.
