Dear Sir/Maam, I am using the number 9015379516 and yesterday my balance was Rs130+ but today without any prior information the company has deducted more than Rs.100 from my account I am trying to contact the customer care cell of reliance but they are not responding to my problems they even barred my outgoing calls.I request you to please look into the matter and refund of my amount to me as well as they should provide damages for barring my outgoing calls without any prior notice

Refund of my deducted amount Damages for not allowing calls even Rs.27 balance is there in my cell phone
