Airtel – plan has been changed without inform

i came to NCR 8 years ago and Airtel said we cant issue number on your name as you donot have sufficient credentials. so im forced to take the number on my Brother’s account (Real brother). i have been using this number ever since and been making all the payments on time some times may be late but made the payments. i dont know why but i decided to get the number transferred to my name (Brave move i must say). so finally i went to Sahara mall Gurgaon based Airtel Outlet and submitted all the required documents on 4th of March, 2014 and my never ending journey with airtel started. i called on 7th to check whether the ownership has been transferred to my name or not. After waiting in queue for 10 minutes i got to know that the new account has been created and my plan has been changed but the name on the account remains same as previous. great… i raised a complaint to rectify it and Customer care executive informed i will receive a call back from the concerned department. i was hopeless because that has never happened in the past… but to my surprise some one did callback and checked all the details and said its a mistake airtel has done and they will rectify the same in 2 days… great i said… waited for 3 days but no one called so i called again but to hear the same thing. i again escalated same thing happened and this time they said we have escalated the case on priority and it will be done in 4 hrs… great i said again.. no call back again fro there side… i called again after 24 Hrs… sam story repeated… i asked for supervisor… he seems concerned and tried to resolve my issue. but again it would take another 24 hrs (friday evening)… great i thought… again nothing changed…its 10th days now… then i made a mistake of not calling them on 11th and 12th days due to some personal work (My bad).. but again on 14th day i decided to call knowing nothing has changed… repeated same crap… got another 48 hrs time frame…which never happened… now i got pissed (must says i have high level of patience) and thot of escalating it to Airtel applet department… what a fool i was…. now i got to know that the person who handled my case entered the wrong details and my documents are mising and i have to go back to airtel outlet and submit the documents again… at this point i reacted and said i will not deposit any more documents and just asked them to disconnect the number…. its 18th day….i received a call from disconnection dept and to my wonder some how the documents appeared meretriciously in the Airtel center… now no more documents required from my end….great now it wil be done… but again im a fool to think that….now i decided to be little tech savy and post a tweet on airtel account… amazing responce… with in 5 mins i received a tweet that they apologise and they will contact me… impressed i am…but again waited for hours but no contact… i again tweeted and now they asked for my number and said they will contac

i would like to get the complete waiver of the bill plus Rs 200000 damages for mental harassment
