I had booked a ticket from lucknow to bangalore through Easemytrip on 18th Mar-2014. I had a connecting flight via Delhi as per the tickets booked through Easemytrip but the jet airlines claimed that I had only booking from LKO to DEL and not from DEL to BLR. For this I contacted EaseMytrip but I did not receive any solution. EaseMytrip asked me to book a ticket to fly from delhi to Bangalore on my own. I was stuck at DEL overnight and had to book a fresh ticket to return to BLR which costed me much higher. When I asked them to compensate for the new ticket bought by me as I was not supposed to buy it, I did not receive any confirmation for that. I sent approx 7 mails but did not receive any confirmation.

I was mentally troubled. I bought a fresh ticket which costed my INR 11,726. I had to stay back at delhi whole night without any accommodation from EaseMytrip. I missed a client meeting next day, Due to which my job was at stake.
