INR 5000 /- was debited from ICICI Bank account number 034201518183 on 9-Sep-2013 stating that the amount is debited for Airtel Money debit card purchase in phone number 9994677678. I am unaware of the transaction and the information is received through SMS AIRTEL MONEY had not been activated in the mobile number on 9-Sep-2013. Hence, the transaction is unauthorized Also, It was informed by AIRTEL that the transaction is failed and they asked for bank statement. I have provided the same. But, the amount was not credited

I tried to speak with the AIRTEL customer care regarding the issue many times, but, there was no proper response from them. I also drafted the same to 121@airtelmoney.in & grievance.officer@airtelmoney.in, but, they are giving different information at different times The money is debited on 9-Sep-2013 but, not credited even after 6 months
