The mobile network is not available inside the home. I have raised complaint(13-Aug-2013,[REF:1426024364155]) at the vodafone offices multiple times. they said they confirmed the issue, and to resolve the issue i need to buy a product from them which costs around 2000 rupees and install it at terrace of my home. they cannot increase the capacity of the tower. I am a post paid customer and i am duly paying for their services, then why should i bear more for the same service.

I want the betterment of the network, and also a compensation from the day i have raised a complaint.
