Reliance Tele – VAS activation without my consent never tell what are the problems in my documents

1.On 27 dec 2013, rs.30 was deducted from my balance without my consent from my account of VAS missed call alert.it is neither refunded to my account nor the service is deactivated, i get it deactivated myself by doing sms on TRAI no.155223. 2.on 11 jan 2013 rs 5 was deducted without my consent from my account due to VAS shemaroo VP.it is neither refunded to my account nor the service is deactivated. 3.when i called to reliance apellate authority up east mr. anwar sadiq on toll free no.18602002011 again rs 15 were deducted from my account. Mr. mohit gupta ,team leader in reliance said to me that the above no. is tollfree and i can call him.but balance was deducted from that tollfree no. 4.Again and again reliance either terminates my no. or deactivates my no. saying that my proof of identity and adress are not upto TRAI guidelines.they never tell what are the problems in my documents.I have the proof that I have submitted proper CAF and POI/POA.I suffered a lot specially in roaming when my no. was suddenly terminated and deactivated two times for many days in the past.I suffered financial and mentally.then only activated my. no. when i complained on pgportal and CORE.also i submitted my documents two times to reliance. Dear sir I ask you to kindly instruct reliance to refund all of my balance of total rs 30+15+5 i.e. rs.50. also instruct them not to deduct any balance without consent of customer.it is a forgery done by them and violation of law . also the customer care and appellate authority staff is always trying to befool customers by saying that records related to mobile no.are not available before 3 days.instruct them not to do so. Also instruct reliance never deactivate or terminate my no. again and again just for exhausting balance. I complain to CORE and gportal to instruct reliance to give me written assurance that reliance will never deactivate my no.suddenly without intimating me but they have not do so.
