Dear sir, Here with this mail i would like to brought to your kind attention that I am using Reliance mobile no.8099950689. As usually my network shows in roaming everyday. On 11 March 2014 at 04:42 pm. I received a msg from 52811, as Rs5 was recharged to my account for free incoming calls, Even when I am not in roaming. Immediately I called 198, 5times to complain the issue. Waited for nearly 7 mins but no customer care executive came to line. On 12-mar-2014 I called 198 but no on answered. I called *333 on 12 march Morning 9.20 am. Executive came to line and told me complaints should be placed only on 198. thereafter I put complaint on reliance website but none responded till now. I called 198 on 17 march 14 at 10:35 am. Executive Mr. Bhupati. Came to line after Waiting for 30mins. I asked him about the issue but he told me that he was unable to do anything. I put him on line 15 min To solve the issue and he is unable to transfer call to his superior.

My Rs.5 to be added to my balance on my mobile no. As the communication is more important today one must attend customer calls immediately.
