BSNL – Defect in Modem no response

I have purchased a broadband modem from the above firm at BSNL office. The wi-fi mode has stopped working. In spite of repeated attempts to contact the vendor, there has been no fruitful outcome.

I am unable to use my laptop & other devices on wi-fi mode

Replacement of modem unit as it is under warranty
