Vodafone – Tariff plan change without intimation

was using a tariff plan since last few years. From January 2014 they have changed my plan without any notification, now they have removed my 2GB of 2G data plan and charged me for using the services. I have been calling customer care for sorting out my request. They have delayed and billed me for the second month also and forcing me to pay 3100/- First month they were saying they would wave off the data charges. later they were saying troy has changed the charges. I wan’t my connection activated and provide me wavier. Get me the loss incurred due their negligence.
