To improve the business staff should also behave properly and should be polite with the customers. Today (i.e. 14th Nov 2019) i made a shopping at Reliance Trends Anakapalle showroom. There is offer going on that buy worth 3499, get 5000 rupees worth coupons. and one of the staff in the sales said for 2000 u will get 4 coupons. No proper staff is at the billing counter. Only 1 person is there. Waited in the line for 20 to 25 mins. My bill is for 1995. Person in the billing counter, his minimum responsibility to say to if you purchase more 5 rupees u will get extra 2 coupons worth 1,000.00 (500 x 2). But he didn’t mentioned this and talking more that y should i have to tell. Employee name: Thatta Satyanarayana (alias Surya). Please let me what kind of action you are going to take.
