Renault Scala Dealer Not Issuing Proper Bills

I purchased a Renault Scala RXE from Renault North, Azadpur on 24/07/2014. But till date the sales Manager Mr. Gaurav Behl has not issued the proper billing as per the quotation issued by the showroom. But even after multiple reminders and visit to the showroom I have not received the proper bill as per quotation / performa invoice.

Since the car was registered in the name of LIC of India as the car was issued to me under Scheme 6 of LIC of India. Till date due to the improper billing it has not been entered into the scheme 6 of LIC. As a result all the expenses pertaining to the car are being borne by me even when the car is registered in the name of LIC of India.

I want the proper final billing of the car as per the quotation/performa invoice. Also I would like to put in a mental harassment claim of Rs. Five lacs.
