Myself Sulata bhattacharya, a central govt employee ,(IOCL-LPG cons no-30364), from bally, howrah(west bengal). have 2 specific complain,mentioned below. 1. booked a lpg cylinder for domestic use on 24/1/2015 through registered phone no(8100XX011) in IOCL IVRS facility . Got SMS n IVRS confirmation on 21/2/2015 from indane as cash memo (no-3000137696) for my booking no-668298 has been generated.with delivered shortly comment. On 23/2/2015 got sms and ivrs confirmation from indane as cylinder has been delivered against this cash memo no. But I still not been received the same. N day before yesterday my local distributor(modern gas agency,code- 140433) , they used abusive language, not even bothered and did not allow my daughter-in-law to entire their office at around 3 pm, within working hour. and shouted on her, told as my booking has been cancelled. I will not get any cylinder in future. I have dropped mails to IOCL , distributor n talked to them .but nothing has changed. I have each n every prove on this , all sms’ of Indane gas booking n complain mails. my cont no- 8100810011/ 8013767187. Expecting your prompt action on this. 2. on every month the lpg delivery boy ask for Rs. 30-50 extra. N last month the boy had threatened my daughter-in-law as not to deliver the lpg cylinder to me from next month onwards. It may his plan as not delivering my lpg cylinder. please do the needful at earliest.

We are in big trouble. don’t have sufficient storage of LPG cylinder.we are in panic about getting everything done n due to their careless n rude behavior. we all are not really in mentally n physically well to do condition. please take the necessary action asap.
